Dr. Elsie Joel-Morse has been practicing dentistry since graduating from the University of Maryland Dental School in 2003. She’s known for her gentle approach, modern techniques, and genuine passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Dr. Morse especially enjoys working with anxious patients and strives to make every visit relaxed and stress-free.

Outside the office, she lives in Ellicott City with her husband and two daughters. She loves cooking, reading, working out, traveling—and is currently learning to rollerskate like a pro! She’s also a huge Washington Commanders fan and rarely misses an NFL game.
